Termx Replenishment System
 Termx is flexible PVC chemical house and is suitable for delivering termiticides to the full under-slab of new buildings, or as a perimeter barrier on existing buildings.Termx is the only system in the world that has the unique ability to have chemical foam put through it .
What does this mean to you ?
During the process of a concrete slab setting after being poured, soil subsidence occurs ie: the soil under the slab subsides away from the concrete, leaving gaps and voids. These present common termite entry points and (as they are often around pipes) Normal injection of a liquid Termiticide cannot treat the whole cavity.
Foaming is a process of applying air from a compressor with a Termiticide and a Foaming agent to create a foam that builds upon itself and expands to fill the void.

What is soil subsidence?
Soil subsidence is a common phenomenon that occurs under concrete slabs when, over time, soil ‘subsides’ away from the concrete, forming an air pocket between soil and concrete.

Is TermX able to treat surfaces under slabs where soil subsidence has occurred?
Yes. The TermX Replenishment System is the only system in the world that has the patented foaming capability which will treat the undersides of slabs exposed when soil subsidence has occurred.
How long will the TermX Replenishment System last?
Once TermX is installed correctly, it will last the life of the structure i.e. 50 years.

Camilleri Under slab System
The Camilleri Underslab Injection System is a patented Reticulation System designed to treat and prevent subterranean termite entry under the slab and around the perimeter of both domestic homes and commercial structures.
It may be installed as an Underslab, Perimeter or around penetrations as required and is also approved for use around poles and posts in the ground.
The success of the Camilleri System lies in its simplistic yet robust design. Strong polythene pipe and components ensure lasting success where you cannot see it – under the ground!
Once installed, Termiticide can easily be pumped through the system at rapid pressures to ensure continued termite prevention of your most precious asset, your home.
The System has been designed to achieve a Service Life of over fifty (50) years.
